The Acacia Health family is growing
Congratulations to Bec, our dedicated Pilates instructor on her recent discovery that she is pregnant! We look forward to the arrival of a new bubs in approximately April 2009.

Baby Harry arrived 15 weeks ago to proud parents Sam and Chris. We hope to see Sam back in some Pilates classes in the not to distant future.

Health Assessments
Acacia Health offers a comprehensive health assessment. Assessments cover three main areas of your health, namely:
Physical: A number of areas are considered and/or tested including height, weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, lung function, aerobic capacity (fitness), strength, flexibility and pulse rate
Nutrition: We consider you current diet specifically looking at you plant-animal fat ratio and general daily dietary habits
Coping: An area that is often left out. You will complete a questionnaire in relation to your current lifestyle stresses and your behaviour.
On completion of this assessment you will discover your 'apparent age' compared to you actual age.
Recommendations and suggestions will be made to assist you in 'living life to your youngest'
