Friday 29 May 2009 Hi Guys, I just wanted to say a big thank you for the last month of WiNpower Training. I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of (almost) all of the sessions - even if it doesn't seem so at the time! I'm looking forward to the next month and seeing if I can improve on previous times/reps. I'd also like to be able to do a squat properly!! I am once again addicted to one of your training methods (Pilates boot camp was my other favourite). I would encourage anyone who feels like they're in a rut with their fitness/health/weight to give WiNpower a go - because no matter what you see improvements. Here's to next month! Sam
