Rebecca is a mother of two who divides her time between her two passions, Pilates and working for the children's department of the Stonnington Library and Information services.
After gaining weight during her first pregnancy and sustaining a serious shoulder injury at work, Rebecca endeavoured to make some serious lifestyle changes. She educated herself about healthy eating and lost more than 40kg. The search was then on for a gentle yet effective exercise program that would care for her shoulder injury.
Rebecca gave Pilates a go and has never looked back. Two years later, she is completely pain free and has a new appreciation for what it means to be strong and healthy.
