 *Should you choose to do all group sessions during your 4 week program, you will be treated to a one-on-one session within this period.
In summary this package includes:
• Six 45-minute sessions per week
• A total of 24 sessions over a 4-week period
• An extensive Initial assessment covering diet, exercise, lifestyle and posture, as well as an introduction to Pilates should you have not done classes beforehand
• A full anthropometry analysis i.e. body measurements
• An individualized diet and exercise plan for the duration of the course
• An extensive Review assessment at the conclusion of the course
