Do I need to have previously done Pilates to participate in Personal Best? No, Personal Best is designed to caters for all levels. During your initial assessment your current Pilates and fitness level will be assessed and recorded so that all instructors know what level of exercises to prescribe for you. In addition if you have not done Pilates before all basic Pilates principles will be explained and basic exercises demonstrated during this initial visit. What sort of results can I expect? You can expect to be fitter, stronger, leaner and have a heap more energy by the end of your 4-week block. Due to the high frequency of classes during the month of Personal Best, your results will be dramatically greater and appear at a more rapid rate as compared to doing classes one to two times per week. If I miss a session can I make it up? Due to limited space (8 participants per session) and high demands it may be difficult for you to make up sessions. If you are unable to make a session you have already booked in for you will be able to make up this session on condition a spot is available in an alternative session for you. In addition we require at least 24 hours notice. All sessions must be complete within your 4-week block What do I need to bring to Personal Best sessions? You will need to wear cool comfortable workout gear. No shoes are required for Pilates. Always bring a full water bottle and a sweat towel.
