Do you have the Willpower to WiN big?
During April 2009 Acacia Health will be launching a new fitness, strength and weight loss program that will excite and motivate recreational exercisers, weekend warriors, athletes and even the most dedicated couch potatoes!
This is rewards-based training at it's finest. Every participant will have a one-in-five chance of winning an array of very attractive prizes.
How does WiNpower work?
- 4-week program
- 2 x 45-minute contact training sessions per week
- Testing at the start and finish of the program
- 3 areas assessed: Weight; fitness; strength (simple, quick tests)
- Prizes are awarded to participants with the greatest percentage change in each category and the best overall (4 prizes in total).

Who can give it a go?
- Anyone! It doesn't matter if you haven't exercised in years or are extremely fit, ultimately you are competing against yourself. The more you improve the greater your chance of winning.
Where are contact sessions held?
- Acacia Health: 433 Waverley Road, East Malvern OR
- Entice 3 friends, work colleagues or family members to join you and we'll come to you.
Do I have to do anything besides attend the contact sessions?
- This is entirely up to you. Remember, winning the prize is all about how much you improve, so the more you put in the greater the likelihood of winning!
Important Dates
- Information evening: Wed 15 April 8pm sharp
- Testing: Wed 29 April 7:45pm OR Sat 2 May 11:45am
- First program commences: Week commencing 3 May
