Best way to spend the weekend: Sharing a rare workout (exercise) with my husband, (hasn't happened much since kids) followed by a successful shopping spree and a BBQ with good friends in the evening.

Brought up in a family professionally committed to health and fitness, Lisa decided to break the mould and pursue physiotherapy. She qualified at the University of Witwatersrand South Africa in 1996.
After immigrating to Melbourne in 1999, Lisa continued to practise as a physiotherapist working in acute care as well as private practise. Her natural enthusiasm for movement caused her to pursue a career in pre and post natal exercise.
Lisa has worked closely with pregnant and post natal women for over 9 years and works tirelessly to dispel the many myths surrounding exercise and pregnancy. Her experience and strong academic base enhances the education of her clients in the all important area of holistic, functional training and how that transfers to everyday life.
Lisa has added Clinical Pilates to her skill base and is able to successfully integrate several exercise/rehabilitative protocols to achieve optimum results
