"I finally began Pilates three months after the birth of my second child. I have tried Pilates in a gym situation before but wasn't motivated to keep it up. I find the small classes and individual attention from the instructors at Acacia Health to be excellent and always feel buoyed and cheerful after I've been (even when I turn up feeling cranky and exhausted!)
Regular Pilates sessions, combined with the Chiropractic treatments, also offered at Acacia Health, have helped me to quickly recover from my last pregnancy. The Pilates instructors are mindful of my special post-partum needs and are assistingin me to recover from my pregnancy-related injuries and weaknesses. I'm already swimming close to personal best times even though I'm still breastfeeding, and I'm confident that my times will further improve as I continue to recover and grow stronger"
