With bounds of energy and a desire to live life to the full, Joe has endeavoured upon many physical challenges since a teenager. In recent years, he has completed two Ironman Australia Triathlons and an endless number of triathlon and road running races. His genuine care for others and unselfish nature, has lead him along his career path thus far. Commencing as a fitness trainer in South Africa in 1993, he then qualified as a massage therapist and in addition is now a qualified practising chiropractor.

His passion for constantly seeking his personal best is infectious. Combined with his endless knowledge and experience in the health and fitness industry, as a client of Joe’s you are ensured to be inspired to achieve your own personal best and lifestyle goals.

Vicky has an infectious ambition that has driven her to excel in her academic and sporting pursuits. She has a major in exercise physiology, masters of nutrition and dietetics, post graduate degree in sports nutrition, certified as a level 4 Pilates Coach and has attended numerous health and fitness workshops and seminars. Her list of sporting achievements is just as impressive with a long history of gymnastics at a national level, cross country running and more recently, competing in Ironman Triathlons.

Vicky is an educator. She imparts her knowledge and expertise in a manner that allows you to comprehend and take action. As a client of Vicky’s you are guaranteed to receive the most up to date evidence based information relating to both nutrition and exercise.

Rebecca is a mother of two who divides her time between her two passions, Pilates and working for the children's department of the Stonnington Library and Information services.

After gaining weight during her first pregnancy and sustaining a serious shoulder injury at work, Rebecca endeavoured to make some serious lifestyle changes. She educated herself about healthy eating and lost more than 40kg. The search was then on for a gentle yet effective exercise program that would care for her shoulder injury.

Rebecca gave Pilates a go and has never looked back. Two years later, she is completely pain free and has a new appreciation for what it means to be strong and healthy.

Brought up in a family professionally committed to health and fitness, Lisa decided to break the mould and pursue physiotherapy. She qualified at the University of Witwatersrand South Africa in 1996.

After immigrating to Melbourne in 1999, Lisa continued to practise as a physiotherapist working in acute care as well as private practise. Her natural enthusiasm for movement caused her to pursue a career in pre and post natal exercise.

Lisa has worked closely with pregnant and post natal women for over 9 years and works tirelessly to dispel the many myths surrounding exercise and pregnancy. Her experience and strong academic base enhances the education of her clients in the all important area of holistic, functional training and how that transfers to everyday life.

Lisa has added Clinical Pilates to her skill base and is able to successfully integrate several exercise/rehabilitative protocols to achieve optimum results

  • Favourite cities: Paris and Buenos Aires. They live like they're the only people that matter and that tomorrow may not come - amazing places

Sam is passiontate about Pilates and has personally benefited from an overall wellbeing perspective as well as in other endeavours including cycling, running and tennis. Her approach to Pilates is one of hard work firmly believing that you need to 'put in' in order to reap the rewards of this form of exercise. She is strict on technique and will work you hard but she also ensures a level of enjoyment in all of her sessions.
